If Psoriatic Arthritis is a "T" cell malfunction, does exercise have the same benefis as those with Osteo ? - psoriatic arthritis more condition_symptoms

I know that the strengthening and stretching are good ways to their joints and maintaining an active life with arthritis, but the cause of my illness is not genetic, physical. Exercise has the same effect for me as a person with arthritis or arthritis?

Psoriatic arthritis:

Self-care

Some encouraging news about psoriatic arthritis is that you can do a lot for your account in order to manage the condition:

Maintain a healthy weight. Maintain a healthy weight is less stressful for the joints and leads to pain relief and energy and mobility. The best way to limit the nutrient increase, while more calories to eat plant foods - fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

Exercise regularly. Exercise is important for everyone - and that includes people with arthritis. In fact, exercise alone can alleviate symptoms of arthritis, many, such as pain and fatigue. You are the best judge of what we can do, but a reasonable level of activity should you feel the same or better, not worse. Introduction of new policies and gradually aware of the warning signs. When you back in the day or the next day, fatigue probably is.

Good luck!
