Some things to include those in the examination of human resources, financial systems in use. In particular, the wage system (eg PeopleSoft or other) to ensure that checks are carried out. Other areas to check compliance with statutory requirements and employment laws (eg OSHA, HIPAA, benefits, compensation, EEO policies). I am also interested in the records that the functional separation is maintained.
